Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders) Shubhamay Silks is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damaged Packages If the package looks tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the shipment. Take a photo of the package and contact us immediately.
