Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Timeline

We operate on a strict 7-day timeline for all requests. You must request a return, exchange, replacement, or cancellation within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

1. Returns & Replacements

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Timeline: You must raise a request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Process: Contact us at shubhamaystore@gmail.com to start the process.

2. Refunds (Damaged Items Only)

We offer monetary refunds only if the item you received is damaged or defective.

  • Condition: If you receive a damaged product, please send us photos/videos of the defect immediately upon opening the package.

  • Timeline: Once your damaged return is inspected and approved, the refund will be credited directly to your bank account within 7 days.

  • Note: We do not offer cash refunds for size issues or "change of mind." These cases are eligible for Exchange only.

3. Exchanges

If you have received an item that is not damaged but has a size or fit issue, you may exchange it for a different size or product.

  • Timeline: Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Process: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship the new item to you.

4. Cancellations

  • Timeline: Order cancellations will be accepted within 7 days of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been shipped. If the item has already shipped, it will fall under our Return/Exchange policy.
